The new movie Child of God is coming to The Maple Theater's NYFCS (New York Film Critics Series), and I have a chance for five of my lucky readers to win tickets.

First, a bit about the movie:
A dispossessed, violent man's life is a disastrous attempt to exist outside the social order. Successively deprived of parents and homes and with few other ties, Ballard descends to the level of a cave dweller as he falls deeper into crime and degradation.

Child of God stars James Franco, Jim Parrack, and Tim Blake Nelson, and is rated R. Make sure to stay after the movie for the televised (live in NYC) Q&A with James Franco.
