gMovies Review and 6-month GIVEAWAY {ends 4/22}

I recently was introduced to gMovies, which is sort of the Netflix of the Christian/family-friendly world. I hadn't previously heard of it, so I was curious to try it out. It has both an iOS and Google Play apps, so I downloaded it on my iPad Mini and started exploring.

The first movie I stumbled upon was one with Candace Cameron Bure in it! I will be watching that (Finding Normal) at some point because I loved her in Full House.

I tooled around the app a bit to see what gMovies had to offer. There is a large section of children's movies, which is great if you're a parent/grandparent or even if you have young nieces/nephews:

As you can see in that screenshot, the movies can be browsed by genre, which is nice if you have a specific type of movie in mind that you want to watch. I bookmarked a few films to watch at a later date, too.

$4.99/month isn't a bad deal either, and it's nice to know that the content you'll be receiving, although maybe not all "G rated," is for the most part family-friendly and are movies that you can sit down and watch with the whole family.
