*Disclosure: I was treated to a meal by Seasons 52 in exchange for this post. The opinions expressed here, however, are my own.

I was able to dine at Seasons 52 in Troy this week for dinner, and it was my third time there; every time I go, everything is always delicious, and this time was no exception.

I went with my mom, who hadn't been before, and we were there to try their new spring menu, specifically the $29.99/person deal, which includes soup or salad, an entree, and a "mini indulgence" (mini dessert). The spring menu is available now through May 26th.

We started off with one of my favorite appetizers there, the four mushroom flatbread, which includes goat cheese, truffle oil, and scallions. It is a super thin-crust flatbread and is always very tasty; both my mom and myself like mushrooms a lot, as well.

From the spring menu, for my first course I had the spinach and strawberry salad, and my mom ordered the split pea and kale soup. The salad was very tasty, especially the balsamic and strawberries, though I do wish I had known that it came topped with blue cheese; blue cheese is the one cheese I dislike. My mom said she enjoyed her soup, as well.

For entrees, I ordered the Wood-Grilled Bistro Steak, and our waitress told us that the chef was actually unhappy with the quality of the bistro steaks they received; would I mind having a filet instead? (I definitely don't mind that!)

My mom ordered the Chicken Ravioli with Pesto Ricotta, and I took a few bites of hers. Both her dish and mine were delicious.

For our third course, dessert, the restaurant is featuring its Strawberry Rhubarb Cheesecake, but you can choose from any of the mini indulgences. I chose the Peanut Butter Torte, which was amazing, and my mom had the Mocha Macchiato, which included mocha and vanilla mousse, chocolate cake, and caramel sauce. The Peanut Butter Torte was comprised of chocolate cake, peanut butter mousse, and was topped with peanut tuile—a very delicate peanut brittle.

Per usual, waitservice at Seasons 52 was excellent as well. I very much enjoyed the $29.99 spring menu, and hopefully will have a chance to make it back to the restaurant before the deal ends, on May 26th.

Seasons 52 is located at 1000 W. Big Beaver Rd., Troy, MI 48084, and can be reached at (248) 362-9752 or on its website.
