Michigan Destinations: Bavarian Inn Restaurant and Lodge, Frankenmuth

If you follow me on Instagram, you already know that I'm a fan of Frankenmuth—I try to go at least once a year, and I think last year I went two or three times, for my free birthday chicken dinner and for its Beer Fest in May. I recently went for Snowfest at the end of January this year, too.
One of the places I stop by is the Bavarian Inn, which has both a restaurant and lodge. I have never actually stayed at the lodge but I'm looking forward to it later this year.
If you're a fan of fried chicken, you will definitely want to stop by the restaurant, which features all-you-can-eat chicken dinner and sides. If you stop by the building's basement, too, there are also some shops; I bought a super cute magnet there a few years ago and a few other things, and of course they sell fudge (another Frankenmuth thing) and other goodies.

I'll be staying at the Lodge for the first time later this year and am super excited about it! I love water slides and indoor waterparks, too. Check back later in the year for my review.
